His focus is on assisting clients in relation to commerical leases and sales and purchases of businesses. Estate law, family and discretionary trusts, residential and commercial property, relationship property, day to day care (custody of children), residential care - loans and subsidies, reverse mortgages, and rest home - licences to occupy /occupation right agreements.
Prior to pursuing law, Richard’s business experience was in the technology sector, predominantly in business development roles in systems integration in New Zealand and the U.K

Cristina Nitu - Lawyer
Cristina is an experienced Lawyer who is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and Supreme Court of Queensland, Australia. Cristina is an honorary member of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Romanian Parliament, for Romanian immigrants overseas. She loves spending time with her family and the community.
